About Us
Classic Aerosols is partnership firm manufacturing and marketing of wide range of spray paint . we are committed to give best quality of spray paint at reasonable cost we are equipped with sophisticated computerze color matching system in order to handle all shade matching our organization has a modern infrastructural setup. Which comprises of an advanced manufacturing unite. Equipped with latest machinery and equipments. With division of our organization in to various department. We have a smooth functioning of the over all process. Every department headed by all experienced professionals which ensure that the conduction of every procedure is accordance with the industry standards
Our vision is to share maximization in aerosols spray paint industry in order to give best quality at reasonable cost the company aim to increase annual growth rate in coming years and provide best working culture so that employ gets self positive motivate in order to achieve his goal set by the company we aim to diversify to other related products.
In the wake of marketing challenges further paint formulation will have to continue to search for way to reduce cost and improve performance dealing with new solvents that improve the properties of paint film after drying. Continuous research to introduce new products as per customer demand.
The first step in manufacturing aerosols spray paint is to prepare the liquid concentrate in large metal or glass tanks. This process involves mixing the liquid ingredients such as solvents corrosion, inhibitors and PH and viscosity control agents with large impeller type mixers driven by electric motors. The aerosols can consist of following steps
1. PIGMENT
Pigment are used in spray paint to provide color and opacity. pigments must be chosen carefully. Because they can also affect certain formulation characteristics. Such as viscosity. If the pigment are not properly dispersed they may agglomerate, that is they may come together to form larger clumps that will settle to the bottom of the container when this occur the pigment are not able to be separated in to small enough particles to spray through the valve
2. SOLVENTS
Solvents are the liquid that carry the rest of paint ingredient while water is a good solvent for many materials it is slow in drying and tends to cause corrosion in metal cans. Therefore no aqueous. Quick drying solvent are use. solvent selection can also affect the stability of the pigment dispersion some solvents may absorb on to the outer layer of the particle and cause it to small this interaction helps stabilize the dispersion
3. PROPELLANTS:
Propellants are gasses that force the paint out of can by expanding rapidly when the valve is opened. Gages like butane and propane were used. These hydrocarbons. Are classified depending on the amount of pressure they create in the can. Pressure of gas depend upon the volume of can
Other ingredient are include in the formulation. To stabilize the pigment dispersion to control PH And viscosity to prevent corrosion in can
First of all the row material is checked and only taken in process if found as per our quality standard the quality of the spray paint products is evaluated at several stages during batching, the concentrate is checked to ensure it is a proper shade. This may be done simply by visually comparing a sample of the fresh batch to an approved standard a small amount of paint is spread on a white background to aid in this comparison. In addition, more sophisticated colorimetric or photometric instrument method of analysis used Analytical test method such as the Daniel flow paint test are used to ensure that paint dispersion will be stable. During the aerosols filling process random samples are pulled from the assembly line to be checked critical evaluation include fill weight, the solid concentration and the pressure of the can role (the amount of paint delivered per unit time) and spray pattern are carefully evaluated as well, after manufacturing is complete accelerated aging studies many be done to ensure that the can will spray without clogging and that the inside of the can remain free from rust. A sample is always taken separately from each batch for evaluating / comparing after 72 hour / one week / one month/one year
